Loved the customer service experience I had with these guys! They are quick and easy to work with. I had a problem, and within 10 minutes, I received an answer to my email and got to have a conversation and support with one of their representative. I would recommand the app to anyone since the people behind it are great, friendly, and social ;)!
This is a horrible service. As soon as you log in it starts sharing your email. It is next to impossible to find settings to change that. If one decides to delete their account, their delete account button doesn't work, their customer service people won't help, and they are impossible to contact. THIS IS A SCAM!!!
I love their product Nimble and use it every day. It is the working person's affordable CRM that integrates well with other things.
