Have selected this location for my past two PearsonVue exams, this is a wonderful test location and Gary is a very friendly and welcoming person. Have had nothing but positive experiences with this test center, testing rooms are very clean, comfortable, and quiet. Will always be first choice for PearsonVue exams.

This testing center was welcoming, comfortable and quiet. I had my own private suite. Testing administrator, Gary took excellent care of me, and even scheduled an extra session for me so that I didn’t have to change test centers for my third exam. Much appreciated!

3rd passed exam at Nevada Helpdesk South Shores location! 2nd successful test at the South Shores location, really appreciate the quiet private testing suites, and Gary was great as always. Nevada Help Desk is awesome! They are a great resource for career development in the tech industry, with live classes, knowledgeable staff, and tutoring hours. Taking an exam there is super convenient, I had my own room which really helped settle the jitters I usually have while testing. Highly recommend.

The Nevada Help Desk testing site provided a smooth and stress-free experience. The facility was clean and well-maintained, and the staff was incredibly accommodating. I also appreciated the noise machine with calming rain sounds, which made it easier to stay focused.
