Attended a 20 Group meeting in Richmond, Va and as a manager with +40 years experience, I cannot begin to express the amount of gratitude I have to Mr. Kevin Cunningham and Mr. Paul Milfud, our moderators and more importantly, our teachers. These men are absolutely professional and brilliant. They definitely taught me things that I didn’t know, and did it in a way that was engaging and insightful. I was selfishly sad to learn that Mr. Cunningham is retiring, but I truly wish this brilliant man a happy retirement! Thank you for teaching this “old dog” something new! You made me a better professional! 😎

Wonderful first experience with NCM Associates. Jeff Lind (whom instructed our SM1 class) was extremely knowledgeable, clearly passionate about the subject matter and kept the room engaged throughout. I went into the course with an open mind and a willingness to learn, but Jeff (through his personality and training style) ensured we became excited about the opportunities presented. Listen, I was nervous as heck coming down here from Canada for this training. I didn't know if all the travel and time away from work would be worth while. Let me tell you, it was more than worth it and all my nervousness left me right on the first day. I took PM1 and PM2 with Jeff Lind. Uncle Jeff is a very quality instructor. Although the content can get dry at times, Jeff knows how to liven the room back up and also relates things to real life situations for better comprehension of a topic. I feel so much more knowledgeable and confident in my responsibilities as I finish off my last day and head home today. The facility is also top notch and clean with premium lunches. I give Jeff, NCM and the overall learning an 11/10. I will be back for PM3 when Jeff is ready to teach that as well. Thank you NCM!!

Excellent training and development facility for automotive dealership advancement. Every aspect of dealership operations and a must for training future talent.

Ricky and Steve were great as was Tom. I came for the service management 1 training course. I came in knowing close to nothing and came out with a goal for my dealership.
