We brought on NCC Data as IT MSP in late 2023 because they were already an approved vendor with our broker/dealer. Since then, we have experienced responsive and professional support and training, proactive engagement to ensure IT needs are anticipated and met, thoughtful analysis and recommendations for IT needs or projects that fall outside the scope of the day-to-day, all while keeping our IT costs reasonable and affordable. Management is knowledgeable and great to work with, and a special shout out to Alessandro, an awesome Sr. Support Engineer who is always friendly and willing to go above and beyond to resolve any issues.
