National Software

We have been using their software to prepare our Form 1042-S for over five years. They have the spreadsheet templates on their website that you can download and fill in so your information is easily uploaded into the form. In previous years, I printed, mailed and filed myself and they provided outstanding customer service whenever I had a question. This year I opted for the full outsourcing and the turnaround was prompt and correct. I would highly recommend their software company for all your tax form needs!

The owner (Bob) and support (Erich) of this company are arrogant. I give this an extra star because the software does make filing easy, but the concept of printing a 1099NEC Copy B (3 Per Page) and they tell you that all paper manufacturers are different and they can't scale the print area correctly.

My 1099FIRE software worked flawlessly last year. I was able to mail and e-file all of my forms, including 1099-MISC, 1042-S, 1095-C ACA forms, and my partners 1098. This year, I decided to have 1099FIRE and National Software, Inc. provide their full Outsource Service for me. So far, it has been great as they have provided me with a very fair price and excellent information to get started. I have imported my data into their Excel spreadsheet templates and they will do the rest! I decided to have them do all forms for me, the 1099-MISC, 1042-S, and especially, my ACA 1095-C forms. They have already processed my 1099-MISC and I have approved them to be mailed to the Recipients, as well as, IRS e-filed! I would highly recommend this service! Erich and Amy have been great!

The folks at National Software have been hugely knowledgeable in the Affordable Care Act reporting process. They respond quickly and their work is always accurate. I appreciate them taking the worry out of ACA filings.
