I am still waiting. It is really not that difficult to change an email address and I was very clear from the start that I would not accept the additional credit card processing fee. Over 10 emails have been sent and it seems like it will take 15 more. Very low, practically non-existent customer service. Rizza & Matt desperately need customer service training. Update: Its been a few more weeks and there isn't a response or reply from My Out Desk. I can't even get a hold of anyone now.
