Our company uses Tampa IT Services. It seems the new laptop I got, well lets say isn't quite built for what I need. I have quite a bit of issues for various reasons and different situations. Tampa IT has done a good job getting these updated and fixed in a timely manner. Today, my Outlook froze. Nothing I could. Then my computer shutdown by itself and I was locked out. Reached out to Tampa IT and they were on it immediately. Got to work with Justin today. Very thorough. The best part is that he takes time to educate me when I ask about the IT issues that are way over my head. I like the fact how knowledgeable he is and his willing to teach me. They are very quick and efficient as well.
