Mozenda

Updated in 2025: Well before we dropped Mozenda due to price, none of my original review was true anymore. Customer service was no longer helpful or useful, and we weren't able to scrape the things we needed as reliably. I use Mozenda almost daily for various data extraction projects. I've found the software to be very robust and easy to use, and the support team to be amazing! They know their product very well, and are extremely friendly and helpful. They not only do a great job of troubleshooting and fixing issues, they also do a great job of explaining the process so that you understand what's going on. I had no previous experience in this field and I am now able build and run complex data extraction agents, all thanks to their excellent on-boarding training with Georgia. She can walk you through the basics, as well as help you learn more advanced techniques. I would highly recommend Mozneda to anyone interested in data extraction!

As a real estate professional it took me years to understand the power of data. Once I did, my business completely changed for the better. Even in 2016, direct mail is still a big part of my business. I'm able to utilize Mozenda to gather business intelligence that's needed for me to analyze, dissect, and then target. This tool allows me to allocate my marketing budget most efficiently, as it gathers all of the data that I need to make the best decision for mailing campaigns. Because of this, I've reached response rates as high as 30%. To be fair, I have a software background and so using this tool is a breeze. But, even I have questions at times and the staff is just a phone call away. They've walked me through agent setups countless times over the phone. Much better than taking the time to write a support ticket via email and waiting for a response (like most software companies). My only gripe is the price point. I have spent time working with the other services and they simply don't work like Mozenda so the cliche is true, you get what you pay for. I have even spent hours maybe even days trying to get them to work, but they don't work and I found myself wasting time. All in all, I highly recommend them!

Mozenda is an extremely helpful software. What sets them apart the most is their extremely knowledgeable and helpful support team. I was working on a large project today that ran into issues. Georgia walked me through a solution step-by-step and explained the reasoning behind each step so that I can duplicate it on future agents. Props to Mozenda and to Georgia.

Mozenda is awesome. I needed to collect a TON of data online. Mozenda is just what I needed! The product is only surpassed by their customer service. Georgia ( a rep. at Mozenda) has been so patient and helpful with me. Couldn't have done it without her! Great product, great poeple... what more can you ask for?
