I honestly had a really good experience with Mediafy. The whole process felt easy and straightforward, which I definitely appreciated. Sometimes things like this can feel overwhelming, but that was not the case here. I met Katherine and she was a big part of that. She was kind, patient, and quick to respond whenever I had questions. She explained things clearly and made sure I felt comfortable every step of the way. It felt like she genuinely cared about helping, not just getting through the task.
