Agree with Devin's review below. It's basically staff augmentation for Microsoft. Very shady people at Logic. They greet you with a golden smile, you'll do good work for them, then they'll toss you to the street without blinking. The bench, in my estimation, remains completely unused. The leadership is a joke. O'Meara is just another greedmonger like many business men. The HR is a joke. Mid and upper management is a joke. DO NOT WORK HERE unless you just need a quick landing place while you're hunting for other work to pay the bills. If you do not know where your mortgage payment is going to come from, the best they can offer you is "but think of the business". My client dropped my project not because my team and I didn't do good work, but because leadership at Logic is wildly incompetent. Abandon all hope, ye who enter here.

Avoid at all costs, deceptive and dishonest. After client project end, I was informed I would be placed on the bench to find a new placement. After less than a week, I was brought into a last minute meeting and informed I was being fired. For what? I had a completely positive performance review. Logic cited 'communication issues', in which the only relevant event had been a point in which I had actually ended up requesting a disability accommodation. Throughout the exit process they refused to provide any other examples of communication issues, or why they were not discussed in my performance review. I don't know if they actually fired me over disability issues or just to keep from paying me on the bench and/or unemployment, but my recommendation to anyone and everyone is to stay far away. They will tell you they appreciate you until they yank the rug. Now, months later, they're disputing my unemployment claim after being laid off by a different company. Do not let them cause you the same headaches they've caused me. -- Edit as response: Do not fall for this attempt at damage control. If I were to take their claims at face value, that I was fired for "communication issues", then it was still entirely dishonest. My only performance review was 3/4 stars with no issues noted. Never were these communication issues addressed with me. I was never given any kind of warning or performance plan that I could have used to prevent the loss of my job. This is not how the industry functions, aside from these shady, unprofessional agencies.
