The team from Leading Associations professionally and thoughtfully choreographed a successful two-day strategic planning session for our organization. There were steps taken in advance to appropriately inform the meeting, interesting ways to engage the audience during the meeting(s), and prompt follow up. We highly recommend them.

As a leading PR agency for associations, we get to see a lot of strategic planning sessions. We recently joined our client who was working with team at Leading Associations for a 2-day strategic planning workshop. The LA team was prepared, thoughtful and kept the group moving while making well thought-out decisions. Would strongly recommend other associations consider Leading Associations!

As the Public Member on the National Board of Surgical Technology and Surgical Assisting, I participated in activities lead by Leading Associations to update the organization vision, mission, and core values leading to the development of strategic goals for the next 3-5 years. These activities were well orchestrated, giving all board members the opportunity to comment and to reach agreement on each step of the process. I highly recommend Robert Spangler and Tim Blum as the facilitators of the full process.

Leading Associations held an 8 hour strategic planning session for us last week and it was great! It went smoothly and the process was as enjoyable as it could have been. I appreciated their flexibility when we wanted to step back and change a few things, it created a better product in the end.

Robert led a daylong training on executive leadership that was thoughtful and educational. We left with helpful resources related to ethics and trust models. I'm looking forward to our follow-up session in March.
