To preface, I am writing this review without being asked for it... LeadProsper is a WONDERFUL platform all lead distribution companies should ABSOLUTELY consider. I have never been met with such great customer service. If you're like me and borderline stupid with minimal understanding of the technical things that distribution entails, these are your guys. They've got a bible worth of instructions and information that a 3rd grader could comprehend. You could email these guys at damn near anytime of the day, and you'll get a response faster than you could blink. In no world will they leave you hanging. 11/10 - Look no further than LeadProsper.

Lead Prosper has been one of the best, if not THE best software experience I've ever had. We use LP as our lead distribution system. The ease of setup and continued use has been an absolute dream. The customer service is world class. The Lead Prosper team goes above and beyond every single time we have an issue or a question. I am absolutely impressed by the exceptional support and onboarding experience provided by the Lead Prosper team—specifically Jackie, Javen, and Jake. I received an email response within three minutes, and they promptly joined me on a Zoom call to assist with my account setup. This was in addition to the outstanding onboarding session I had with Jackie the day before. On top of that, the user interface is amazing, and the customer portal for my clients is incredibly user-friendly! In all my years working with SaaS companies, I have never been this impressed.
