LBMC continues to provide us with the highest level of service. We were experiencing intermittent issues with our production reporting system. Ryan quickly took ownership, contacted me immediately, identified the issue and provided a solution. I truly appreciate the quick response and timely resolution. Most IT tickets are accompanied with a sense of dread, but I usually feel relief knowing it goes to Paul, and I'll be able to partner with someone knowledgeable who sees the big picture, not just his piece. I've enjoyed working with all LBMC Tech team members, but I have complete confidence with Paul. When Paul has uncertainties, he's great about looping in a qualified team member, in this case Nick. In one instance, I needed an applied walkthrough of how to close the FY, the income statement, and then make PBC entries during audit - how did that really work in practice? I learned more from a 30 minute how-to-build-financial-reports session with Nick that I had in hours of other trainings and self-learning. Both Paul and Nick understand the intent of the question I ask, not just the words I use... and problem-solving in this space is rare. With Paul, he and I have often discussed the implications of new processes in business central. Sometimes there are several ways to do something, but now we need to find the BEST way, usually by running through what-if scenarios. Paul and I have had several opportunities to partner on this project, and every time I feel confident we've explored options and come to the BEST conclusion. I'm an accountant, and in my experience, IT folks, like Accountants, like to get the job done, but we all know clients also want to feel heard. More than any other team member, I know Paul hears me, and that translates into finding solutions together.

The prompt reply of LBMC Tech Support permitted me to install a new driver on my printer in a short time. I was without printing capability until the new drivers were installed due to older version malfunction. Being available 24/7 and actually responding promptly to requests is the mark of a high quality "tech partner" in my book.

11/2025: Kevin responded promptly on short notice and efficiently restored our Wi-Fi connection. He also took the time to reconnect a printer and solve another ticketed issue while he was here.  Kevin was friendly and professional, as always. 3/2025: Upon contacting our LBMC Tech, he promptly set up a time for the next day to come into the office and service our computer. Thank you, Kevin, for coming out so quickly to update and try to improve our outdated computer. I appreciate your effort, friendly nature, and willingness to handle other small items while you were here.

Jermaine, one of LBMC’s techs, went above and beyond to ensure our folks had a critical product installed. He quickly developed an alternative approach to automate the process and had it deployed quickly and efficiently.
