Devin and his team did a great job setting up my whole house with Control4. They also redid my rack in the home run room, set up my TVs, speakers, video and security system, my sound system. They exceeded all my expectations! Great job! I highly recommend them!

The whole experience was fantastic. Great communication. They came out and looked at our house then gave advice and options. Our house is not a huge property, and I was interested in keeping the budget in bounds. Michael was very understanding and helped us cut costs where we were willing to make trade-offs, and also showed where we wanted to splurge a bit for the best quality and experience. Installation was a good experience and the whole crew was top-notch. Definitely not a few guys picked up for the day to get the job done cheaply. We are super-happy with the finished product and customer service. Thanks!

Launch Systems has just completed a major update of our Control 4 audio/video/home automation system and I am delighted. Every aspect has been completed and is working just as Michael Kravets (our sales representative) explained in depth prior to the installation. Launch’s staff is prompt (“8:00 am” means 8:00 am - not 8:05!) courteous, knowledgeable, neat and friendly. My wife and I are delighted to have our whole-home system working VERY well. I wholeheartedly recommend Launch Systems and their entire crew without hesitation.

I am updating my review as a warning to anyone considering a "smart home" specifically integrating Control4, JoshAI, Somfy and SONOS. My suggestion: don't do it. JoshAI is simply not ready for primetime. As for my initial review and the Launch team, their customer support has gone downhill to the point they do not respond to messages from myself AND their own team. Maybe it is a singular individual but when that person is a main point of contact, tough to recommend Launch going forward. Original post: Designing, installing, and resolving issues with an integrated Control4 system presents a significant challenge. Launch has been outstanding in simplifying a sophisticated system, making it seem straightforward, and their customer support is exceptional. When encountering problems (as they're inevitable), it's crucial to have a reliable AV company. I highly endorse the Launch team; my only wish is that I had engaged them at the start of my project.

Have opportunity to use Launch 3 times in a row over a period of 2 years. They’ve had big jobs to install and complete installation of outdoor and indoor systems and so far, got to say we’re super-happy customers. Without a doubt, we’ve hit our own share of concerns and obstacles but they’ve definitely delivered seamlessly at the end. There’s not really anything they cannot do. Really happy with their young and enthusiastic team. Will use them again anytime!
