Lancelot is hands down one of the best companies I’ve ever worked with! They recently installed a camera system in our farmhouse, which is anything but a standard home. With our high-pitched ceilings and unique design, I honestly wasn’t sure if it could even be done cleanly. But their team absolutely blew me away. From start to finish, their professionalism, customer service, and attention to detail were second to none. They treated our home with so much care, worked through every challenge, and somehow managed to hide all the wiring flawlessly. The end result not only works perfectly, but it looks incredible—you’d never know how difficult the install was. If you’re looking for a company that goes above and beyond and truly takes pride in their work, Lancelot is it. I wouldn’t hesitate for a second to recommend them to anyone needing a camera system installed. They turned what I thought would be a headache into one of the smoothest home projects I’ve ever had.

I had a great experience working with the team at Lancelot on a nine-camera security system installation at my home. From start to finish, the process was smooth and professional. Calen provided thoughtful guidance during our initial consultation, offering valuable recommendations on camera placement. Vitaly was instrumental in helping tailor the project to fit within my budget, especially since I already owned some of the equipment. Ihor and his installation team were punctual, courteous, and patient with me. (I’m sure I had more questions than the average homeowner on installation day.) After the system was installed, I contacted Calen regarding a concern about the positioning of one of the cameras. He and Vitaly responded promptly, and Ihor returned and quickly made the requested adjustment. Everything is working perfectly, and I’m very pleased I chose to work with Lancelot. I won’t hesitate to contact them again for any future A/V installation needs.

I had a great experience with LANCELOT Security AV Automation. They came out to my HOA call box and trenched an Ethernet line, running it all the way from my Casita to the call box. The job was done professionally and efficiently. They even came back later to double-check a small detail without any hesitation. The team was on time, very clean in their work, and extremely friendly.
