KIS brought to our attention the issue DR Horton homes have with wood rot. They came in and erased all our worries. They were meticulous and professional and our house was completely painted leaving us worry-free with a beautiful looking home.

I would recommend this company for stucco and painting repairs to anyone that is interested in a professional and will done job. Everyone from the office staff to the painters that visited my home , were professional an excellent at what they did. Smooth process from beginning to end.

Great Company that does what it says. I'm very skeptical of people knocking on the door to sell you something. The agent of KIS was very professional and genuine in his approach, so I listened. I had seen the patches on homes in my neighborhood and was appalled to find that there were problems with the stucco on our house also. I agreed to let them inspect and test my home. The results were upsetting and when the builder finally sent someone out, I let them know. To anyone using KIS or any other construction consulting firm let me say this, pack your patience. It took almost a year to get our repairs completed. It isn't the consulting firm that is the problem, it is the crappy builders. They want to fight tooth and nail and say it isn't their fault that you have water behind your stucco, wood rot in your walls, leaking windows, etc. You builders know that some of the sub contactors YOU hire shouldn't be allowed to build a sandbox yet you let them work unsupervised on our homes? Stopping by once a day/week isn't enough for some of them. KIS and the law firm they represent fought and recovered enough to fix the section of our home that was affected by substandard construction and the necessary painting to make us whole. I highly recommend KIS Consulting to anyone dealing with construction issues. Thank you KIS Consulting for your professionalism and honesty.

I was skeptical when they came to my door, but they were easy to deal with and I got my stucco repaired and my house painted at no charge. They were professional throughout the process and very upfront about the time frame and what to expect.
