Jon-Michael with the Jungo Success Team was absolutely fantastic to work with. He is incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and professional. In a very short amount of time, he took care of exactly what I needed, and helped me finally implement database functions I’ve wanted in place for a long time. His guidance made the entire process simple, efficient, and stress-free. I’m so grateful for his expertise and support. He is truly a valuable asset to the Jungo Success Team.

Jungo is by far the best CRM system out there. So customizable to fit everyone's needs and wants. I even received EXCEPTIONAL service from Jon-Michael. I am going to need you to add a Superman emoji for this review to be a little more accurate. Green Smile Face or 5 gold stars is just not painting the picture in a way that justifies or illustrates how awesome my experience with Johnny was. He was able to break it down, make it plain, and provided valuable resources and tips all without making me feel overwhelmed or checked out. That is a miracle. If you know me or my personality as soon as tech wizard talk happens my brain goes to a dialup modem sound and cut the show I am done but Johnny Mnemonic there at Jungo dialed it in. Give him a raise!

This was, without question, the worst experience I have ever had with a company. Communication was consistently poor, commitments were not honored, and basic professionalism was lacking throughout the process. The level of service fell far below any reasonable expectation. I would strongly advise others to look elsewhere.
