I founded Colorado Canine Orthopedics in 1996 and over several decades we became the largest small animal orthopedic practice in the country. I owe much to IT specialists in helping grow my practice. Initially I worked with Tom Knight, but eventually he handed over the reins to Preston and the relationship continued. The growth of our practice from one surgeon and two staff, to six surgeons and 50 staff revolved around caring for clients and their pets, providing a wonderful work environment for the staff, and effective marketing. IT Specialist played an important role in all three. From helping us provide a comprehensive, professional discharge package to making the staff’s work enjoyable to website development and search engine optimization, the IT Specialist team was involved. Virtually every function we perform revolves, one way or another, around computers. If our system went down whether due to a construction crew cutting fiber optic cables, a power outage or a flaw in our specialty software programs, I could always count on IT Specialist. Invariably, either Preston or one of team would be on site in 20-30 minutes to save the day, both from patient care and financial perspectives. Not only does IT specialist have unmatched expertise, but they also have positive can-do attitudes. If I had to do it all over again, IT Specialist would be there from the start.

Good IT companies are hard to come by most are not responsive and your issues take hours or even days to become resolved. Preston and his team get it done so fast and I never have to worry and can remain focused on the day to day operations of my business. Great company and people I highly recommend them
