We switched to using Umbrella for our managed IT needs in December of 2019. Love everything about this company. They hit all the important bullet points we were wanting in our IT company: healthcare specific, trusting relationship, feeling safe, transparent, thorough and friendly communication. Their team resolves our IT issues timely always and nothing slips through the cracks. We have a copacetic relationship between our team and theirs. Highly recommend!

We switched to Umbrella about 1 year ago. We are healthcare and so IT is super important for us. Over the past 10 years we have worked with 3 different IT companies (followed a great tech as he moved and opened his own business) and will have to say the people at Umbrella and the company as a whole is the best we have worked with ever. They are PROACTIVE which is huge. We have a point person (a couple) who know our office and IT needs. I can't be happier. And mostly when we have a problem (and with computers and networks it is when not if) they are quick to fix the issue. LOVE this company!

We've been clients over 10 years. Our Family Practice hired Umbrella to install our network and take us from paper to paperless with an EMR as painlessly as possible. They patiently put up with novice users and multiple phone calls that were answered promptly by a real person. They've grown considerably since we became their clients and that hasn't changed! Many times, they notify us of network issues before we realize there is a problem. They stay on top of ever-changing requirements and standards, keeping us in compliance with security being of utmost priority. If there is an issue with the phone system, they call the vendor for us...or our software company...or our ISP...Who else does that? I consider many of their long-time staff members my friends and respect, value and appreciate the leadership's transparency and integrity.

Our business has had a long standing relationship with Umbrella and I truly wish I could give more than 5 stars. They are fantastically customer service based and have grown with us as a company over the years.
