We've been with iT Insights for many years and the quality of their constant presence has simply been OUTSTANDING. We have been with IT Insights for several months now. The service has been excellent! We appreciate the personalized service they provide us for our small medical practice. All of their staff have taken the time to be familiar with our practice and IT needs. This week we had an emergency with our server and they were available as soon as we called, began troubleshooting remotely while an engineer was on his way to our office. They went above and beyond to get us back up and running. They always take the time to explain the problem and solution to us too. We truly appreciate the staff and their skills!
