My wife and I recently built a new home at The Legend at Merrill Hills. When it came to selecting a smart home technology company, we did our research and interviewed three recommended companies. After our meeting with IQ Automation, Kevin Ester, and his team of creative, tech-savvy associates, our decision was made! I firmly believe they are one of the best smart home technology companies in Wisconsin. They clearly explained their capabilities, put a detailed plan in place, and executed that plan flawlessly. My wife and our entire family are ecstatic with the end result! They also handled all the wiring and connections in coordination with our builder’s timeline, which kept everything on schedule. We have many smart home features, and these are just a few worth mentioning: a state-of-the-art theater room, an impressive sound system featuring Sonos, high-tech security capabilities with cameras, wireless internet, televisions, and my favorite part, “invisible speakers.” IQ Automation embedded high-quality speakers behind the finished walls, and they sound absolutely fantastic! These so-called “invisible speakers” truly put the finishing touch on our great room, delivering an awesome sound system. They are a great team that communicated with us throughout the entire process! Kevin, Jason, Tristan, and the rest of the team are high-character professionals who are very friendly. They did a great job explaining everything to help us better understand what we need. Never pushy selling anything, just explained the pros and cons of every option. The installation went without a problem and they even accommodated last minute changes we wanted. If it ended there, I’d provide a 5 star rating. It was after installation that they really impressed me the most. Every issue we had in the beginning (often operator error) was quickly resolved and each technician explained things so we could easily understand it. A great company with great employees. STRONGLY recommend them.

The customer service at IQ automations is WONDERFUL! I had my speaker system stop working briefly. Jason troubleshooted the system with me over the phone on a Friday night once I was home for work. He said he couldn't let us go all weekend without our sound system. IQ automations goes above and beyond! I could not recommend them enough for your home TV, internet, sound system needs!

I have utilized IQ Automation for numerous projects in multiple residences. I have always been impressed by their technical knowledge and customer service orientation.
