Incredibly expensive for the level of service received. We were constantly chasing the company down for resolutions. The alarm was faulty and unusable for the first 2+ months of service. WiFi mesh system is still not doing much to improve the signal. In the end, the owner got very defensive with us, refused to come fix the mesh system, and lost his level of professionalism with my husband. There are other options out there, and I would strongly recommend pursuing those.

Moved this year to Columbus and at a loss of what is happening at this company. No one answers calls ( or hangs up), voicemail is full and no one is ever at the actual building. I’m fully convinced that this company is not in business or worse they all are lazy and don’t care.

IPS has provided such incredible customer service. Dom installed security systems both at my home and the business we own. From security panels that can be run from an app to glass break alarms and a great doorbell camera, this is a top notch system! Dom is always incredibly responsive and helpful if we run into any customer service needs. I would highly recommend this local, veteran-owned business to anyone looking for their services!

This company and the owner has almost become a family to me. Everything that has been done to my house for security is top notch. Not only does everything get done that I ask for Dominic goes above and beyond and looks to make sure that I haven't forgotten anything. The workers go out of their way to make sure everything is perfect. After the job was complete, Dominic came by and went over the whole job to make sure nothing was missed. I have had two different jobs completed by them and I would recommend them for any home security. I am very much OCD and they satisfied my every little whim when it came to perfection.
