I consider ITS superheroes that come to my rescue!! They always fix the issues and give me an explanation of what they did to resolve the problem. I may not be very knowledgeable with certain things involving computers but they never make me feel dumb when I ask questions that I feel don't make any sense! Thank you my superheroes! Everyone that has helped me is amazing!!!

Kurt went above and beyond by installing the apps I needed for ITS. I only requested one app, but he took the initiative to allocate extra time to ensure all the necessary apps were installed for the job. Thanks, Kurt!

ITS staff have always been helpful, outgoing and also educational! Though I consider myself fairly tech-savvy, observing them at work has allowed me to learn more skills of my own for future troubleshooting and they also talk to you like a normal human-being that isn't expected to know everything. Every interaction with an ITS employee has been a positive one.

Thank you, Adam! 2024/10/21 Great service from ITS! Wency was able to repair my computer so it didn't run soooo slooow! Thanks, Wency! 2024/09/24 Pharoah has worked on my computer before. He checks it out to see if is running well before he leaves. Thanks Pharoah! 2024/08/19 Had issues printing to the network printers today. Jackie was able to help me quickly. He's very knowlegeable, as are all the technicians I've spoken with. I love watching them work as I do learn new stuff! Thanks, Jackie & ITS! 2024/07/24 ITS has extremely knowlegeagle techs! And if you have problems with Needles, Steven S. is the best! 2024/03/13 Great work! Our firm was experiencing a problem getting kicked out of our database [which can be cranky from time to time.] I also experienced a Word document close without notice and without backup. Edison worked our ticket today, and searched log files to see what had happened; nothing came up in the logs. On my computer, he updated the database installation files and requested that if we had future problems to call in. He also tried to simulate how my Word document closed without a backup, but everything in Word appeared to be working normally. We closed our call, thinking we were finished. Edison called me back shortly thereafter. He'd researched further and found that our server had very briefly gone offline. He said this would account for the problems we'd experienced. Thanks, Edison & ITS! ********************** 2024/03/11 - Ralph did a great job troubleshooting my Needles/Outlook problem and getting Teams to open at startup. ITS is always able to fix my computer problems promptly! Their techs are the best! Thanks, Ralph! ******************** 2024/02/26 - I've worked with Edison at ITS before and he's very knowledgeable and helpful. He quickly resolved my issue and returned my call promptly to let me know once it was completed. Thanks again, Edison & ITS! ************************ 2024/02/05 My personal folder on the server was missing. I'd done a preliminary search but was unable to find it, so I called ITS. Kristoffer was my tech. He took the time to explain to me what needed to be done & said he'd call me back when he had some results. A short time later when he called, Kristoffer said he'd found my folder within another folder. He told me that he'd taken the time to look individually through other folders on the server because a thorough Windows search would have taken a very long time to find it. Thanks, Kristoffer, for your willingness to be patient and always take time to assist me! ********************* It was a pleasure to work with Christopher! He is patient and knowledgeable. I was having a problem with Outlook and the Needles database not syncing, as well as my Windows search not working; a couple of other issues; too. I'd recently upgraded to Win 11 the other day & had to downgrade to an earlier version of it [this was resolved on a ticket last week.] He understood what was causing my problems and was able to fix them quickly. This is at least the second time I've worked with him. And ITS is great about getting to my problems in a timely manner. Thanks, Christopher and ITS! 2023/12/05 ************************** We recently changed firm names, so the server login did, too. Mine didn't update correctly and would force me to select "Other" and put in my new login name. Razmi was able to help me with a quick User update, something I didn't have permission to do. He was knowledgeable & quick and, as a side note, we got to chat for a few minutes about techie stuff! He's a great tech and ITS is fantastic to work with. My company uses them, and I've talked with them several times for various issues, which were usually responded to and completed quickly. I highly recommend them. *******************
