Integrate to Impact

One of the biggest impacts that I noticed since Shawn started with us as the EOS Integrator was additional company communication. We started having short (sweet and to the point), company-wide, bi-weekly meetings and quarterly employee engagement surveys. Having these created a feeling of unity and highlighted the importance of each member of the team and their opinion.

Shawn is one of the people with which I first connected through our EOS training program, the Integrator Masterclass Forum. He brings his brand of energy, insight, and humor to the EOS integrator community. He is very active in our professional forum in seeking advice from his peer group, as well as, being a contributor when asked to assist. I enjoy working with him, and it’s been a pleasure sharing this journey with Shawn since September 2021.

Before Shawn started, we knew about EOS but never had any success implementing it into our day to day. Now we have weekly L-10s where we discus issues as a group, set To-Dos and have better communication across the company. Shawn helped the team integrate EOS into our day-to-day work lives.
