Wes was incredibly patient and thorough in resolving the issues with my computer. There were numerous updates that needed to be installed, and he handled them all skillfully. Although the process took some time, Wes remained pleasant and professional throughout. He also successfully addressed the original problem I was having with persistent pop-ups, which have now been completely resolved. I'm truly grateful for the Insight team—it’s a relief to know we can count on them to keep things running smoothly so we can stay focused on our work.

Wes was such a pleasure to work with and so helpful with all my computer issues. I was having different issues with programs freezing and my laptop just overall not working the way it should. Wes took the time to examine what was going on, explained things to me step by step, and he worked with me to fix all the tech issues in the background with updates so that my workday would not be interrupted. He is/was just very pleasant to deal with. He kept checking back to make sure everything was running smoothly. He even checked back in with me a few days later to see how things were going and to make sure we could close out the work ticket instead of just closing it out without checking on me. I am retiring from Carolina Conception at year's end as senior MD partner. As a business we have gone through several IT companies, most who did not deliver on what they promised or started adding on charges. Insight Tech advisors have been with us for many years. They have kept our medical records safe and private per HIPPA guidelines. More importantly when we have had network issue Insight has been available, and yes this means Saturday and Sunday mornings when we are seeing women who are undergoing insemination and IVF cycles. As I transition into retirement, Garrett our representative helped me transition all my files, needed emails, phone, etc. from the business to my personal laptop, and did the same with wife.
