I've been assigned to an assignment at Starbucks that is being managed by Insight Global, and I'm super impressed. It is my first time working as a contractor with any organization here in the US, and the process has been very easy to navigate. From a seamless onboarding process to receiving hands-on support during the early weeks, I could not have asked for a better firm. One thing that has been outstanding to me has been Insight Global's excellence in finding and pairing the right people with the right jobs. Great staffing agency for the second time that I was rehired. I had a great experience working with the staff at the San Antonio, TX location. The staff there make certain that they would follow threw throughout the hiring process.

HERE is a perfect example of a recruiter just wants to get paid and doesn't care about the candidate. Insight interfered with my application process with a particular company. My application was under review. and they bulldozed in and started pushing me to work with them. I told them that I had already submitted an application. They directly contacted the hiring company and then the company became unresponsive to me. I had no choice but to work through insight to get to the company. As Insight continued to rush me through the process they insisted that I get information to them so they could communicate directly to the company. Because I was already working with my contacts, it turns out one of my critical contacts became irritated with Insight and did not want to help me anymore. Consequently, I was unable to get what insight was asking for and now insight is ghosting me and the hiring company disqualified me from eligibility for the position. I didn't get a chance to directly communicate with the company and insight has dropped me. I DO NOT recommend this company as they caused the loss of a great opportunity because they influenced the outcome and just pushed the first person through the funnel that would get them paid.... These Recruiters SUCK!! DON'T trust them...
