I initially had high hopes when I signed on with Insight Global, as I had seen positive reviews and was optimistic about finding a job through their agency. Unfortunately, my experience has been far from what I expected. After applying for a couple positions and not passing exams that were a requirement to take for these specific roles, I felt as though I was dismissed from further consideration with no effort to assist me in finding other suitable roles. When I reached out to see if anyone locally could help me, my attempt was met with complete indifference, and I felt as though I was dismissed without a fair opportunity to be considered for other positions. It’s honestly disappointing because the experience I’ve had doesn’t align with the positive reviews and success stories I’ve seen online and on social media. I expected more support and guidance during my job search, but it has felt like my efforts were not valued. I’m left feeling frustrated and unsupported in what is already a challenging process. I hope this feedback helps improve the experience for others who are looking for assistance.

Insight Global is a great company to work for! The Staff is super friendly, professional and responsive . I had the opportunity to work with Delaney and Chad, they matched me with my job within less than a month, guiding me through every step along the way.
