If you enjoy being gaslit by an IT company's sales reps, look no further. This team will pretend you agreed to meetings that never happened, then politely inform you that time is already blocked on your calendar. Their rep called me while I was busy. I said, 'This is not a good time. Please email.' So naturally, he took that as, 'I can't wait to meet with you! Send me a calendar invite right away!' I declined, explained (again) that I didn't agree to a meeting, and requested email communication only. How did they respond? By scheduling another meeting. Pushy, disrespectful, and absolutely scammy. This is not a company that values your time or respects boundaries. Avoid if you can, unless you like surprise meetings and being gaslit into attending them.

Gary Liquori has sold us over 5 welders in the past year. The reason why we keep going back is the exceptional service he provides. Any question we can throw at him, he has an answer. He goes above and beyond for us whenever needed. Driving 2.5 hours out of his way to show up in person to teach or do demos is one of his best weapons in his customer service arsenal.

Overall, I wouldn't recommend it and would suggest looking into other options that might be more reliable.
