I completed the Certified Consultant in Transforming Organizations and Innovative Leadership Facilitator programs with ILI. The biggest takeaway for me as a leader was learning to constantly challenge my own assumptions and to grow not only horizontally, but also vertically. For my work with FactorX and Two4C, this has been transformative: I am better able to keep oversight in highly complex, multi-stakeholder projects and to integrate seemingly contradictory partner strategies into shared outcomes.
