Bought a new machine from Italy and flew a tech here for the install. The machine came with an electrical issue and we needed to replace a few components to pin point the problem. I Googled to find a shop which could potentially carry this type of parts in stock locally. Found ICA and I drove 20 minutes to get there. It was a longshot, but worth the try. I was not only surprised that they had all the parts the tech asked for, but the people there were extremely nice and knowledgeable. In fact, they recommended me taking an additional component which we ended up using. ICA saved the day!!! Hope I don’t need circuit-breakers or motor-controls again, but if I do, there is no doubt I will contact them first. I recommend others do too.
