For a number of years, two inaccessible hard drives have been lying around my house and after many hours of Googling solutions and failed recovery attempts I decided to take them to a professional. I found Independence Software in Knoxville, TN through a friend at work and decided to give them a shot at recovering the data from my hard drives. I spoke with Greg Shutt, the owner, and he told me a bit about his business. He was professional, courteous, and immensely knowledgeable regarding everything hardware/software etc. Greg said he would be happy to help even though my little project was outside the scope of his business. I do not believe anyone could have served me better. Working with Greg was very enjoyable and I am very glad I did. I’ll definitely being giving him a call in the future and you should too!!
