Simply put, Lou is an expert at his craft. After years of struggling with our internet and going through multiple technicians with little improvement, we came across Incision Network on the Thumbtack app, and decided to reach out to see if we could finally get to the bottom of our issues. Lou promptly responded, and was at our house within a few hours! This I knew was already a good sign. He spent a great deal of time educating us on why exactly we were running into issues all these years and solved all of our internet issues in literally less than a day. He even offered to drop our old hardware off at Optimum for us. He also hard wired ethernet cords into some of our rooms, set up our security cameras, and configured our system in a way where he can monitor it remotely in case any issues arise in the future. Lou goes the extra mile and you can tell he truly cares / is passionate about what he does. This makes working with him a breath of fresh air. There are so many reasons why we would use Lou again that it's hard to list them all. We would recommend him to anyone in a heartbeat.

Louis is very personable, attentive, and provides a high-quality technical support service whenever I have issues with my technology. I have been a satisfied client for several years and couldn't imagine calling anyone else. He has fixed my phone, desktop, and printer. I purchased a desktop at a price that no one else could match. We purchased a number of reconditioned machines from Incision Networks, all without issue. The person service Louis provided went above and beyond in his customer service and follow up to insure our satisfaction. Wonderful company to work with in a great number of transactions now.

I contacted Lou to wire our house with ethernet cabling so that we would have several internet access points throughout our house without having additional wifi. Most people aren't aware of how sick all of the wifi is making us. Lou is very friendly and seemed very knowledgeable about what I was requesting. However the job turned out to not give us what we wanted. He sold us a package of wifi routers that all rated very high on my RF meter, something he assured me wasn't the case and when I sent him the video of my RF meter reading, he never even responded. Lou also assured me that the products he sold me had the ability to be turned on and off, this turned out to be false info and so we have a new system that is WORSE than our old one that I hired Lou to help us make safer and better. When I sent him a text message stating we wanted to return the products, he also never responded - and later said I was "stringing him along" trying to avoid paying his invoice, which completely false. He also initially did a very sloppy job, my husband was horrified when he saw it and insisted Lou fix it as much as he was able - Lou did make several improvements but we still had to spend 300$ patching and painting around the large holes he drilled (it was not explained to me how big the holes would be and how much the wiring would show.) Lou might be great at doing wifi but it turned out that he did not know a lot about a wired system. The worst part of my experience though was in trying to communicate with him about all of this in regard to settling our bill, he went several weeks without even responding to me and then claimed that I was stringing him along and threatened to send me to a collection agency. I'm sorry, that's simply acting in bad faith. I paid the bill in full, rather than deal with the situation any further but I will never work with Lou again.
