They have always been very quick to respond and find a solution to meet our needs whether it be for our WiFi, television, Control4, Lutron, or exterior lighting. They have transitioned us through renovations, lightening strikes, and changes in WiFi and television services. I rate Imagine Solutions one star because zero stars was not an option. My experience with Imagine Solutions has been absolutely awful! They were inaccessible, unreliable, untrustworthy, inexperienced, and indifferent. I regret engaging them. A year plus later I'm still stuck trying to fix the mess that they created in my home. It was a disaster at best.

Truly the most professional, top quality and cost efficient solution to a very complex project including custom lighting, video, TV streaming, security and audio. Most other companies did not have the expertise or interest to complete and solve the size and scope of our needs. Will continue our relationship to expand our increasing needs. Dr Alex Guevara
