I’ve worked with Tim and his team on a variety of projects over the last 20 years. This has always been a professional experience with a quality outcome that was usually above and beyond what myself and others expected. There was always a strong level of leadership and organization as they kept the project on task and on time. Many times a project will have changes throughout the development process and they always found creative ways to make that work for all parties. The whole team at IEQ has always been ready to present ideas to enhance our projects, not just settle on the basics of a project outline. They really have a great variety of in-house talent from programming to design to management. All aspects of the service they provide is right there without having to be transferred to one place or another. Besides their timely focus, the level of programming knowledge and attention to detail was always in the forefront. I had the pleasure of working with IEQ for over five years. We originally engaged them to provide support and development for an ancient, in-house legacy software package. They did a phenomenal job of dissecting and understanding the system resulting in greater stability and ease-of-use for end users. We subsequently hired IEQ as our MSP. I have a unique perspective of IEQ Technology and Tim Woolley. I hired Tim about 20 years ago to develop a new IT, database and programming service for my media company. After I sold my interest in my company a few years later, Tim went on to start IEQ. He would occasionally hire me to help with him with directing narrations for the many training and educational programs he produces as one part of IEQ. I originally hired Tim because of his dedication to doing things correctly and being a team player. He developed a whole new business for us creating databases, data managing tools and hosting services. Before I sold my interest in the company, he was successfully managing several people and these new services had allowed us to keep our regular clients and expand our client base.
