Ideal Client Experience

Wow - such great information shared with our team! I read NEVER DROP THE BALL AGAIN before the ICX Workshop and came with my "list of questions." HB not only helped identify our ideal client, but he assisted with determining what's working well and what we need to improve. He answered all of my questions and I've already started using what I learned when communicating with my clients.

I thoroughly enjoyed my time learning from HB while he helped our organization identify what the ideal client experience is. Our organizations prides itself on the service we provide our clients and HB really helped us understand what areas we are succeeding in, and what we could do to continue improving. The Beneficent Team spent an entire morning with HB during our weekend of exploring the ideal client experience. HB clearly outlined a path to better our client experience.
