Idea Labs Consulting

I have been confused about the next steps for my business for a few years and have hired 3 different business mentors/consultants that were unable to assist me in moving forward. I hired Idea Labs Consulting in January of 2024 and in less than 7 months, I have found a direction and am working quickly towards it. I highly recommend Idea Labs for anyone who is struggling with the next steps of their business. I was at a stalemate with my business, and was only able to move my business forward in ways that I never knew how until I received Idea Lab’s guidance. Idea Lab truly cares about their clients. The format of coaching is efficient for anyone with a busy schedule. They are a valued partner who offers intellect, vision, strategy, action steps, all with encouragement and keeping myself accountable to the next steps of my business.

Idea Lab Consulting, and specifically my business coach Malcolm Peace, have been a very welcome addition to my Small Business routine. Even as someone with a Business Education myself, it is helpful to me to have such a high level insight into all the various aspects of running a small business. By utilizing this service, you immediately add an advisor with an MBA and a wealth of knowledge centered around profitability, and in the end, selling the business at its highest potential. I look forward to the weekly meetings I have with Malcolm, and I know that he has the best interests of my business in mind each time we speak. Financially, it was an easy decision to make. In the end, the amount of return should be incalculable.

We own a small retail business with 6 stores. We’ve been in business for 12 years and decided to hire a business coach/consultant to get a fresh perspective and some new motivation. We wanted to maximize the stores that we have. We interviewed several companies and really liked Idea Labs- Matt and Joe. They have true entrepreneurial spirits and seemed to have a lot of knowledge about different types of businesses. We’ve been working with Matt (mostly) for about 8 months and have really gotten a renewed excitement about our business. They have helped us get organized with a structured plan and schedule that we are implementing and continually adding to. Not only are we better organized, we have come up with new strategies, plans and programs that are helping manage our stores better, maximize and gain customers and really hone in on their needs and have brought in more business and sales. On a personal level they are great to bounce ideas off and are very professional, organized and knowledgeable and it has been fun coming up with ideas, [plans, strategies etc…together. It has definitely been worth the time and money!!!
