I am blown away by this software. I can basically clone my brain to help people quickly and 24/7. It is never in a bad mood and it never forgets. We are a new PM startup and were looking at hiring a VA, but found hostbuddy. It seems like people really prefer communicating via text or the booking channel and host buddy rocks it! We are encouraging all of our guests to text us or message us through the booking channel and it works really well. Highly recommended. Definitely should give it a try.

OMG LOOOOOOVE Host Buddy AI. I started using this service a couple months ago in my Short Term Rental business and WOW I love it. It has taken the edge off of what I do being a 24/7 host with my 4 properties. The folks on the team are super helpful with getting setup and making tweaks. I did NOT want to give up messaging cause it's my favorite part, but I still feel involved and now can goto a movie or sit on an airplane without anxious feelings. WIN.
