Homebot

I really like Homebot. They originally charged $25 per month. Then they went to $50 per month. Now I got my renewal and they are now $59.00 per month. I just cancelled the service.

If you need to get a human or try using the live chat - you are out of luck. No one EVER responds on the live chat and no one answers in ANY department or returns your call when you call them . I am very frustrated because I have used them in the past and never had this kind of issue. Very disappointed because there systems is great but no humans are running show anymore. AI cant deal with everything.

Unfortunately, my experience has been extremely frustrating and disappointing. Shortly after subscribing, my account was deactivated while I was actively using the platform. I was suddenly locked out and have never been able to log back in since. Despite losing access, I continued to be charged on a recurring basis. I called multiple times for support—no one ever answered. After several attempts, I finally left a voicemail and eventually got a call back from a representative named Ishiah. He acknowledged the issue but said there was nothing they could do to refund me for the time I was locked out. All they could offer was to stop future charges. This is incredibly disheartening. The technical issue was on their end, yet they provided no real solution or accountability. I paid for a service I couldn’t access and received no meaningful support. If you’re a real estate agent considering this platform, proceed with caution. HomeBot’s service and customer support left a lot to be desired.

I’ve found the platform to be frustrating and unnecessarily time-consuming. The interface is not user-friendly, and overall the experience has been discouraging. Based on this, I would not consider using it moving forward.

Absolutely one of the best tools we use in Real Estate. Love the reports, the delivery style, and the complete overlook of all the information provided in a user friendly and engaging style. My clients love getting the reports, which is ultimately the best testimonial, when clients love what you are sending, that's what matters the most.
