Rich and Danny were both AMAZING! They were both so proactive and so helpful fixing my nightmare of a situation with my PC. Rich really had his work cut out for him and worked on my system multiple nights after I left for the day so he wasn't interrupting my ability to work. They were both so pleasant to work with, offered tips on how I can keep my system running smoothly, and explained the why and how they were doing what they needed to do (all in terms I could understand so thank you for that) and I really appreciate everyone's help!
