Leadership operates with a total lack of ethics. Contracts look attractive, but staffing is abysmal and comes with inexperienced employees and management. Teams literally learn on the job and year one to two are laden with missed SLA’s and less than optimal results. Companies who do business with HCL must retain staffing of their own as SME’s to train, steer and manage HCL employees (obliterating the savings from the outsourcing contract). Years two and beyond are spent working through service improvement programs. It’s at this point that HCL brings in resources that have more experience and expertise. You’ll then find that it’s done to secure the next contract and the cycle starts over again. Their internal margin demands of 43% and up per contract create an ecosystem of staffing low end resources till the customer leadership complains and threatens departure. The PMO is equally corrupt and sells super low and staffs with inadequate resources. By the time issues and concerns arise, the customer is too far down the project line to start anew. The number of PCR’s needed per project is beyond norms and the end result is a delayed project and astronomical cost.

This company is a scam, why they would set you up for a meeting with their own company claiming a job interview on Microsoft Teams is truly amazing without an invitation to join at or before the claimed meeting time!!!
