After being let go at my job back in the beginning of the year, I was at such a loss about how to navigate the interview processes of different companies. Working with a recruiter at Harnham was THE BEST experience I had while job searching. They landed me an excellent role at my current company. It really makes a difference when the recruiter is at your side the whole time. I would get regular check-ups after each interview in the process, which made everything very transparent and convenient. When I had a question that I didn't get a chance to ask my interviewer, I knew that I was able to ask my recruiter and they could help me get that answer. I am so lucky I could experience working with Harnham. They were in my corner the whole time and got me an excellent role at a fantastic company!
