My account manager Patricia has always helped in a timely manner or directed me to the best resources to get my inquiries addressed, which has included Bill on the IT team. Bill has even made himself available after hours on multiple occasions to help-- on holidays nonetheless! That kind of stuff makes a difference.

Gryphon has an extremely helpful product for anyone managing a sales team. Their activity reporting is the best of all the tools for sales acceleration I have tried and that is quite a few. It has had an impressive impact on our revenue and the ROI is almost immediate.

Gryphon Networks system is slow, clunky and completely overpriced. Do not trust these guys with your business, over 2 years of using them, they cost us thousands as a result of system glitches downtime and even pricing errors.

Best sales software on the market. Have used all the other big name "sales tools"... this one takes the cake. Actually geared at making me as a seller better, not just making me as fast and robotic as possible.

Thought this company would help but we ended up just spending thousands for a product that had way too many glitches and definitely did not deliver what was promised. Our first impression was pretty bad and we should’ve gone with our gut and never used their services.
