Good Automation

This is a great team. They really dig into your problem, understand what is needed and then execute the plan to perfection. I love working with their team and really respect the integrity, work ethic and focus on quality they bring to every project. Hands down the best LabView and test automation group I have ever worked with.

Ab helped me on a project where we needed some help validating a system for a medical device company. He basically got it done very quickly and very well. He is very enthusiastic and hits the ground running. In fact, he hits the ground running ahead of you because of his deep knowledge of and background in the medical device world. The medical device world requires not just really good engineering but also really good documentation systems around it, and Good Automation is good at both of these.

I first met Albert DeWeese several years ago when he came over to Cochlear Australia to run a workshop on medical device V&V best practices for our Test Systems team. Albert was right on his game and immediately understood where we were and helped us get to where we needed to be. He was able to understand our systems and procedures right from the software running on the floor to our procedures and practices to deploy those systems. I had some great one on one sessions with Albert that were exceptionally productive and enjoyable and has shaped the architecture of the test system software in use today at Cochlear. On the fun side we all caught up with Albert and his team in Austin TX and had a few 😉 drinks down on 6th street. Meeting the team from Good Automation and being in the Medical Device industry I have to say that these guys are experts in Test Systems, V&V processes and procedures. I consider Albert a mentor and a friend and we continue to involve Good Automation in our new business Medulla.

GA is a great resource for LabVIEW development! We were developing an automated test system with various instruments at a large medical device company. To alleviate workload we outsourced part of the software libraries related to instrument interfaces, hardware abstraction, and API drivers for test app developers to leverage. Long story short, among all the integration companies that responded to our RFQ, GA came back with the best price, most comprehensive and substantive quote, and ultimately an on-time above-par deliverable (in fact, its framework and technical rigor is praised by other integration companies working on this platform today).
