Franchise Sidekick

I reached out to Sidekick with genuine interest in learning more about franchise opportunities, but unfortunately my experience with the initial contact process was disappointing. Arianna Rocco attempted to reach me by phone but was unable to connect. In advance to that knowing that my USA phone number maybe could not receive phone calls I clearly explained (via e-mail to Arianna) that I am currently based in Brazil and suggested an alternative and very common option: scheduling a video meeting or online call. She informed me "We do not connect through Google meetings". The main issue is that no alternative contact option was offered, other than I should provide another U.S. phone number, which is not a simple or realistic solution for someone outside the United States. As an international prospect — a very common profile in franchising — I expected more flexibility and problem-solving. I believe Sidekick may have strong expertise, but the lack of adaptability in the initial communication created an unnecessary barrier and prevented the conversation from moving forward. I hope this feedback helps improve the onboarding experience for international clients in the future. Note: Yes I have tried to call their office (using a voip phone through internet), no one answered the phone. I left mail messages no one responded me so far. Updating: I have been able to schedule a phone call using sidekick website with Ross Robert next week, very well recomended here at Google evaluations. And he has sent me a Zoom call link wich solved any issues.
