This company is a very good resource for finding jobs that you can sub off of. They are very professional with finding the job, quoting it, and scheduling it so all you have to do is show up and perform. It did take a little to receive the full payment but that is just the stress that comes with doing bigger jobs for huge corporations. I had a good experience with Kirby and Yessika, I will continue to do business with them.

They may not run like Swedish clockwork like some large chain companies, but they are a small operation and, from my experience, an honest and hard-working one. I have no problem contacting the owner of the company. I will absolutely work with them again.

I met Kirby (the owner) and some of his team in NYC back in August. There was a potential job that Kirby was showing me that was about a month out. (I had felt like I met Kirby before solely based off his comforting personality) After meeting and walking the space, that same day, Kirby asked if we can start cleaning a different retail store on the UES on Monday (we met on a Thursday). I said yes and we have been keeping that store clean for the last few months. Kirby and his team are excellent. Payment is on time, communication is great; they are very responsive whenever needed (especially Chase and Kate who I am mostly in contact with). I look forward to continuing to work with Four Analytics!
