We hired Fid Tech for help with WBR and MBR reporting. They had to get all the data out of Salesforce and transform it so that we didn’t have analysts spend hours every week manipulating data in Excel and potentially introducing mistakes. We hired three resources and they all had strong Salesforce and ETL skills which was impressive. Each guy could talk about Salesforce in depth and easily talk to our BI team regarding the data integration design and development while working with customers to build Power BI reports. I strongly recommend them for data or reporting work.

Could not manage the customer requirements or expectations. Could not deliver the solution agreed to in time so in the end just rushed to get something out the door. We ended up spending month+ cleaning up what they left behind. I would not use them for anything complex ever again.
