I engaged Fast Slow Motion in July 2024 to assist with a Salesforce implementation for my business. Based on multiple pre-contract meetings with their sales and technical team, I expected a smooth and efficient process. However, after months of frustration due to slow delivery, poor service quality, and an unjustified price increase, I terminated my contract on November 22, 2024. Since then, FSM has attempted to bill me for work they did not complete and has threatened legal action when I refused to pay. From the start, FSM’s team was inefficient and significantly slower than what was initially proposed. Despite five meetings before signing the contract to determine feasibility, they failed to deliver results anywhere near their quoted timeline. Instead of utilizing standard Salesforce solutions, they insisted on custom development that unnecessarily increased both cost and time. After terminating my contract, I hired a new vendor who completed the SalesForce work in a fraction of the time and cost, confirming that FSM’s approach was both inefficient and overpriced. Their pricing practices were equally questionable. FSM claimed that the contract had an auto-renewal clause that required a three-month extension unless canceled one month in advance. However, the Master Services Agreement stated that termination only required 30 days notice, directly contradicting their claim. This inconsistency in their own contract terms made it clear that their goal was to lock clients into continued billing cycles regardless of performance. After terminating the contract and paying all invoices for services already rendered, FSM’s attorney demanded $79,712.50 without providing a clear breakdown. This amount appeared to include two additional months of service charges after contract termination, repeated late fees on the same invoices, and unverified legal fees of over $33,000 despite minimal legal work on their part. When asked for justification, FSM’s attorney failed to provide a detailed explanation. Instead of addressing these concerns, they resorted to threats of legal action and attempted to intimidate me by claiming that posting a negative review would constitute libel. This is an unfounded claim, as truth is an absolute defense against defamation, and my experience is well-documented. Rather than taking responsibility for their poor service, misleading contract terms, and excessive billing practices, FSM chose to file a suit against me. Their aggressive approach to disputes only reinforced my belief that they operate in bad faith. If you are considering working with FSM, I strongly recommend looking for alternative vendors. There are far more competent providers who deliver faster, more effective work at a fraction of the price. If you are already engaged with FSM, I suggest documenting every interaction, scrutinizing all invoices, and being prepared for potential billing disputes. This review is a factual account of my personal experience, supported by contract documents and legal correspondence. I am sharing it to help others avoid the costly mistake of working with Fast Slow Motion.
