Their price was very reasonable, and they responded very quickly, and professionally to my concerns. I would highly recommend F1 to any business. Submitted a message via their "Contact Us" page to see if they could offer some services my company needs. It has been nearly a week and I have not heard from them. Makes me now wonder how responsive they'll be when trouble arises. Now, they did contact me via email - not in regards to my message - but to let me know that they have signed me up to receive their newsletter. :/

I call this place to see if I can help help and information for my Laptop I'm having issues with, they we're so kind and sadly unable to help me sense I'm just myself and not a company with a pre existing contract. Then politely redirected me to another place so I will be able to get what I need. 10/10 Customer Service
