I recently had a disappointing experience with this company during the hiring process. After applying for a position and submitting my resume, I was asked to participate in an email interview. However, I found that many of the questions were completely irrelevant to the job I applied for, and it seemed like the company was just trying to waste my time. To make matters worse, after completing the email interview, I was then asked to complete a 30 minute assessment that involved using a webcam. I was extremely uncomfortable with this request and felt that it was an invasion of my privacy. Furthermore, I didn't feel like the assessment was relevant to the skills needed for the job. Overall, I was extremely disappointed with the company's hiring process. It felt like they were more interested in testing me on irrelevant skills and invading my privacy than actually evaluating my qualifications for the job. I wouldn't recommend applying through this company if you're looking for a respectful and professional hiring process.
