Esker Inc

I started using Esker when I was a new hire at my current job. I LOVE IT! We use the AR side, which allows us to communicate with customers easily, run reports and easily view customer accounts. I'd recommend using it if looking to improve your collections.

I've used Esker's AP (P2P) solution. For the end user, its a slam dunk. Amazing User Interface. Super easy to see everything you need. For AP its easy to pick-up. My biggest complaint is that updates aren't all free/automatic and are often more like "upgrades" where you have to pay for the new features, and the work to make those features play nicely with any customization you've had done. Their support team is very responsive and knowledgeable. Overall, I've been happy with the decision to go with Esker, but have had some issues along the way.

We use Esker for Collections Management. It has been great at streamlining tasks and sending out payment reminders automatically. The support staff at Esker is the best I've experienced against other software we use. They are knowledgeable and very responsive which really helps keep your day moving!

We have been using Esker now for about 10 months and it's a wonderful product! The ease of workflow approvals, and having tables within Esker for the workflow that can be updated at any given time. At month-end, it's nice to have all in one place invoices not yet posted and out for approval. It makes it easy for accruing purposes. I do wish that as new things are added to Esker, that it would be communicated a little bit better AND be included in the cost as long as you went live within 12-15 months of the new upgrade. Overall, love the product!

My computer has been using TermSync (Esker) for a while now to assist in reducing our outstanding AR. The tool is invaluable. It is extremely easy to learn and very user friendly. I would recommend this to any company seeking to reduce late pays. The new Telephone payment feature is amazing. Thanks for helping us reduce our outstanding AR.
